Programme Manager - Nuclear Location : Warrington Duration : Staff The Project: This is a senior position within the business reporting into the Business Manager and leading the operations and delivery teams in our work for our nuclear infrastructure client, working within a JV environment delivering Engineering design services. In this key role you will provide Programme level management of all delivery aspects across the division and the delivery of the client business plan and objectives, including; stakeholder management, project governance, business administration and performance management, project leadership and business representation for key relationship accounts. The Role: In the role you will be ensuring all projects are delivered safely on-time, to budget, and to the correct quality requirements. You will be implementing and leading a delivery focussed programme culture within the project arena utilising personal experience, knowledge and bench-marking of best in class delivery organisations, as an active member of the Leadership Team You will liaise with Delivery Leads to develop and maintain good, sustaining business relationship and manage the discharge of work programmes, portfolio's, projects and packages that meet the mission, vision and core values. You'll also be acting with the Management Team to develop business and delivery strategies and participate in their effective implementation A full role specification is available on request Your background: To succeed in the role you'll need to be qualified in technical, engineering or business-related subject and have a Project Management Qualification e.g., APMP, PFQ or equivalent You will have a track record of successful portfolio / programme delivery and have strong communication and relationship management skills You'll need to draw on your strong commercial acumen and contract administration Ideally, you'll be a Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner and have experience of working in a successful alliance Security clearance: Due to the nature of work to be undertaken, applicants will be required to meet certain residency criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance, if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
