We are recruiting for a Facilities Team Leader to be based at our Yogurt and Desserts site in Market Drayton, Shropshire. This Team Leader role will have 4 direct reports to lead and control the daily activities and demands of all non-core services and office buildings. Key Responsibilities of a Facilities Team Leader: · Lead the daily operational, ensuring there are clear communication channels and all service requirements are met within agreed timescales, budget and to the required standard · All direct reports will have SMART objectives and a development plan that is effectively monitored through monthly 1:1's to celebrate success or offer coaching · Takes a hands on, enthusiastic pro-active approach to ensuring all statutory compliance activities are completed, documented and audited · Effectively raises, controls and reports on the facilities cost centre allocations in SAP/SRM, feeding into the Senior Facilities Service Manager for approval · Manage, monitor and prioritize all facilities call outs, workloads and resource efficiently through the 4me system to meet services level agreement and effectively communicating to stakeholders and suppliers · Daily authorisation of contractor attendance, reviewing of RAMS and permit control to ensure site processes and procedures are followed and fully compliant Skills and Experience of a Facilities Team Leader: · Strong background in Facilities, Buildings and Maintenance · Good Team Leader · Allocation of reactive and planned works · Budgetary control · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Stakeholder management · Strong interpersonal skills · Ability to problem solve with continuous improvement · Good analytical skills · Intermediate skills in Microsoft packages · Service & building condition reports · IOSH Desirable Skills: · Contractual background · Ability to create contract specifications · Presentation skills · Meeting management and facilitation
