We are seeking an Electrical Engineering Maintenance Team Leader to work with a market leading manufacturing business in the Heddon on the Wall area. Undertaking improvement projects working closely with central project teams Deputising for the engineering manager when required Responsible for subcontractor management and safety Responsible for identifying and eliminating recurring plant issues through engineering improvements - RCA Responsible for driving improved plant reliability through best practice - CMMS We welcome applications from individuals who have experience as a Maintenance Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor, Engineering Shift Manager, Maintenance Shift Manager, Engineering Team Leader, Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, Electrical Engineer, Maintenance Electrician etc Experience and Qualifications Required from Maintenance Team Leader: Engineering qualified level 3 or equivalent qualification - Electrical Engineering/Electrical Maintenance Strong Environmental Health and Safety awareness PLC fault finding experience is highly desirable, further Siemens S7 training will also be provided Knowledge of improving maintenance practices Previous experience of undertaking maintenance within a manufacturing environment Previous experience of the development and application of PPM activities - including CMMS If you are interested, please apply now…
