Our ethos is Safety, Service, People this is known as the EJ way and is practised throughout the group Currently we have a new job opportunity for a Workshop/Site Leading Hand based out of our Swadlincote manufacturing facility, but working on site to join our ever busy and expanding team Main Responsibilities To lead a team trades people, predominantly Pipefitters, Welders, Fabricators etc Organise installation onsite, correctly in sequence Promoting Health and Safety at all times, ensuring compliance with all of the site’s procedures Communicate with stakeholders onsite and Musk project managers and design teams to ensure all details are Managing the installation process ensuring work is completed right first time, on time Mentor and develop less experienced members of the team including apprentices This is not a definitive list of responsibilities but more of a reflective example of what is expected.
