People need their coffee to get through the day This is massively fuelling growth and demand for our services and we need a manager to join our expanding team involved in the installation and servicing some of the world’s finest and increasingly complex coffee machines. We provide nationwide bar and restaurant fit-out, coffee machine boiler inspections, planned and reactive maintenance, spare parts and repair to the highest standards. We are recruiting for the new post of Service & Technical Operations Manager to support the management of our reactive and planned maintenance services. In addition to this you will: Produce reports on KPIs and performance standards. Support engineering excellence via system reports. Liaise with internal departments and functions to optimise performance standards. Liaise with key client personnel re operational / engineering matters. Act as 2nd (and primary) authorised signatory at airports. Recruit, interview, test and select field-based engineers. Manage engineering staff development. It is essential that you have: Experience of engineering operations and maintenance. ONC or BTEC or above in a relevant subject. Be computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office. It would be great if you have: Experience of field engineering operations and management. Experience of working in an operation working to strict SLA and KPI disciplines. Experience of risk management and health and safety. Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry guidelines. Experience in the use of databases and report generation.
