We are currently recruiting for an Engineering Analyst to work at our Teesside Operations. Reporting to the IT & Data Team Lead, the candidate will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance of Engineering, Maintenance and Operations data within their SAP system. In addition, the candidate will assist with various Microsoft-based systems (Office 365 / SharePoint Online etc.). Key responsibilities Work both independently and as part of a small Engineering Analyst team to maintain Plant Maintenance (PM) data in SAP (Functional Locations, Work Orders, Maintenance Plans etc.) Following prescribed processes, work with the team and internal customers to process data-change requests, ensuring a high degree of data quality is maintained in the Teesside SAP system. Under guidance, maintain a variety of Excel spreadsheets and Word documents related to Engineering, Maintenance and Operations data, including related data such as personnel availability. Compile and distribute weekly / monthly reports following a prescribed process. Assist with general day-to-day activities and queries relating to SAP Report to the IT & Data Team Lead on progress and issues.
