To be considered for this role you must live within 50 miles of Cardiff but be willing to travel as per business needs. What will I be doing? PCMS Engineering has an exciting opportunity for a Lubrication Technician to join our team. As a Lubrication Technician you will manage the Day-to-Day operation of a Lubrication and Reliability Programme at a customer site, to include: Stock control Lubricant / Fuel sample collection KPI monitoring Planning / scheduling of tasks Handling of new and waste lubricants safely Use of filtration system Basic mechanical work, such as breather changes / checks, lubricant changes / checks Greasing of assets Maintain high levels of cleanliness Also you will: Carry out CBM techniques utilising oil sample analysis and lubrication techniques, and ultrasonics. Input data into our clients CMMS system, where required. Assess and report on machine performance and improvement recommendations Positively contribute to the performance, growth and profitability of the business. Assist in maintaining and developing client relationships Identify organic growth opportunities Perform any other tasks associated with the smooth operation of the business as required.
