NTP Tutor Location: West Kent Salary Scale: £20- £30 per hour Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full Time or Part Time opportunities GSL Education has partnered with the National Tutoring Programme (NTP) to support to the education sector seamlessly, to combat the impact COVID-19 has had on children's education. If you are a qualified teacher, cover supervisor, FE/HE trained, TEFL folk, HLTA, a graduate or any individual with the experience of delivering lessons, then NTP Tutor role could be the perfect role for you. As an NTP approved agency, providing employment opportunities to interested individuals to meet the increased demand in tuition to support children within schools based around catch up. As NTP tutor you will be able to deliver your specialist subject 1:1, 1:2 and 1:3 to specific groups of children over an allocated period. You will additionally be responsible for completing tutor reports for your pupils on a weekly basis. The NTP Tutor role includes : Planning and delivering tailored programs that complement ongoing class work, learning objectives, and assessment plans in collaboration with the class teacher Delivering tuition face-to-face and adapting the content, style, and format of the tuition to ensure the most effective results are achieved Establishing strong relationships with pupils and school contacts through session delivery, weekly review meetings, and tuition delivery NTP Tutor requirements: QTS or equivalent Experience of tutoring is desirable Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to process one with us is essential.
