Executive Assistant to the SVP of Enterprise Sales, EMEA LivePerson is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to the SVP of Enterprise Sales, EMEA. In your position as Executive Assistant, you are involved in managing the day-to-day of the SVP’s schedule, travel, and planning and a special projects coordinator. You will be connecting with other business leaders in coordinating special events and meetings. What You Will Own? Provide confidential executive level management support Responsible for heavy calendar management - scheduling meetings, teleconferences, board meetings, quarterly leadership meetings, and other ad hoc meetings and events Handle all communications, transportation and accommodations; planning and managing the logistics for these and other special events (domestic/international) Responsible for all domestic/international travel arrangements (business and personal) Manage correspondence, meeting agendas, report preparation Monitor expense reimbursement Support the processes for searching, recruiting and hiring for executive level hires Establish relationships with key internal and external partners Ad-hoc Projects as required What You Need for Success? Experience in a high energy and dynamic environment - agile and able to adjust to fast changing priorities Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a Senior Executive Extensive experience booking complex global C-level travel Accessibility and flexibility in supporting the SVP outside of core business hours Curious, resourceful and excellent researching skills - ability to think outside the box Excellent organization skills essential - able to plan, prioritize, and multi-task when managing with a heavy workload Consciously and consistently maintain a professional, helpful, and courteous manner Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills are necessary Well versed in using the latest technologies to communicate, connect, and manage our interactions with people within and outside the company Strong computer skills with a proficiency in Google Suite and MS Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint Degree qualified
