Office Coordinator/Assistant Office Manager – Financial Services £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience Canary Wharf You must have experience within either Professional or Financial Services to be considered for this role. Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Coordinator/Assistant OM to join an established Financial Services company based in stunning offices in Canary Wharf. You will support the Office Manager with the day to day running of their London office and have a polished and professional approach. THE ROLE: Maintain office supply stocks – office equipment, general supplies and corporate branded stationery/merchandize Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs, including resolving office-related malfunctions Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers Assist to organize office operations and procedures Assist with organizing social events for the company Liaising with senior management Help co-ordinate desk moves Organize staff access passes and carry out regular audit checks on all access passes Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g. building services, equipment needs, etc.) Liaise with facility management, contractors, including cleaning, catering and security services Help to review suppliers/contractors Risk Assessments / Method Statement Help to manage Health and Safety procedures Help to co-ordinate Fire Warden and First Aid training Provide general support to visitors and book meeting rooms when requested Respond to requests or issues Invoicing & purchase orders Allocate available resources i.e. Holiday / Sickness cover Recruit and select office staff THE PERSON: Professional or Financial Services experience is essential Recent experience in an Office Coordinator/Manager role Excellent communication skills Well-presented Strong attention to detail Resilient, with a strong team focus Our mission: To be the leading Executive Secretarial & Support recruitment consultancy in London, for employers and jobseekers alike.
