Job Description Job Description Job Title: Business Support Co-Ordinator Job Type: Permanent and Fixed Term Contracts Available Hours: 37 hours per week Job Location: Conwy - Move to Ellesmere Port Autumn 2022 Salary: £25,000 Main Purpose of Role To provide a range of administrative support activities to assist in the smooth operation of the Conwy OCM business. Responsible for preparation of high value; ad hoc/ project / international/ key client invoices. To manage stock levels and ordering Key Accountabilities Assist in delivery and documentation of site equipment and services ensuring purchase orders are raised, tracked and delivered to enhance service delivery. Ensure accurate and auditable systems of work are implemented at all times essential in service/contract delivery. Resolution of client enquiries in a timely and effective manner to ensure consistency of service delivery and agreed contractual obligations. To refer any customer complaints to the relevant department/ branch manager to ensure issues are resolved quickly and customer confidence is maintained. Identify and implement improvements to current department operations/ procedures to increase profitability. Assist local departments where required to enhance branch operation/performance Arrange and co-ordinate management meetings, travel and accommodation. Prepare and issue client and internal invoices, ensuring job invoicing is completed within financial month of job completion. Control accurate preparation of month end figures for individual cost centres allowing consolidation into branch month end figures summary for submission to accounts department for production of Profit & Loss accounts. Ensure that information management & reporting systems, including IFS and debtors database are updated and maintained, to allow monitoring of working capital including revenue, work in progress, unbilled revenue and customer debts.
