You will need to pay attention to detail particularly when matching order numbers to products and suppliers. Working at one of our key branches, you will be required to: Update the internal IT stock system. Process new returns – matching purchase order numbers, invoices, sales orders, sales invoices. Process and investigate the need for the return to stock. Raise purchase orders. Liaise with other branches within the business for repairs and returns. Chase all returns and communicating with suppliers for updates. Process credits and invoicing. Deal with gas cylinder issues. Assist with general office duties and assist in the warehouse if required. Full training for the role will be provided.
