Office Coordinator £22,000-£26,000 City Our client, a legal audio transcription/court reporting company is seeking an Office Coordinator to join their team. You will have prior experience working in an office environment, dealing with customer/client correspondence. The Role Dealing with correspondence received through email, post or telephone Reviewing content and quality of audio recordings Providing transcription quotes to clients Dealing with any client queries Quality review of draft documents Liaising with the court including court officers when required Diary management of caseload The Person Strong written and verbal communication Experience maintaining high-quality standards in all areas of work Able to work to strict deadlines Industry knowledge Previous office experience Experience dealing with customer complaints would be preferred Ability to work within a team Our mission: To be the leading Executive Secretarial & Support recruitment consultancy in London, for employers and jobseekers alike.
