Working as part of a small team to undertake all administrative and other tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office Duties and responsibilities Covering the Service Administrators role for absense purposes Help with booking in and raising job sheets when required Take telephone queries. Covering warehouse duties for absence purposes (taking in deliveries Sending out goods when needed Update Excel spreadsheet on daily basis with job sheets Maintain and update accordingly Customer Index Cards. General filing of all paperwork Helping with Finance with matching despatch notes to Purchase orders. Archiving General Adhoc duties Skills & Knowledge required for this post Friendly, enthusiastic and a good team player Excellent communication skills Self-motivated and willing to take the initiative A level of customer Service experience an advantage IT skills required - Word, Excel
