My client, a non-for-profit organisation are currently looking for a business coordinator/administrator. This is a fantastic business to work for that make a real impact on the local society Hours: 9:00-17:00 (some flexibility with this) – 1 to 2 days working for home potentially Job Duties: To provide administrative support to the Chief Executive in all aspects of delivering the Business Plan. All tasks relating to the good day-to-day management of the office. To prioritise contacting BID members and setting up meetings. To diarise meetings and send invitations. To keep an operational and office calendar up to date and ensure team are ‘invited’ through Outlook calendar. To provide accounts administration, uploading receipts on to DEXT and Kashflow and filing hard copies. To update Solomon CRM with Business interactions, campaigns and projects to ensure monthly KPIs reporting. Ideal candidate will be: providing an exceptional customer service culture. Motivated with good communication skills, must have tact and diplomacy but with a can-do attitude and be energetic and enthusiastic. Good administration skills - must be able to take minutes and disseminate important information. Good IT skills including the ability to use IT/PC applications and programs including Office 365, CRM databases, Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
