Recruitment Administration/ Office Manager - Hybrid Our client a friendly, successful and expanding recruitment company that are premium, trusted and highly recommended are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Administration/ Office Manager to support and join their team. This is a new role in the company which is incredibly varied where you will be managing the administration processes for the company including compliance, onboarding of new starters, timesheets, reporting and orders for the company. The role would suit someone who is self-motivated, highly motivated and who has an excellent work ethic and attention to detail. The role will be based 4 days in the office and 1 from home. The company offers an excellent range of company benefits including yoga fortnightly, monthly sports massages, team lunches, annual company holiday (target related) and much more. Role: Recruitment Administration/ Office Manager Where: Eastleigh area Salary : c£27-35,000pa dependant on experience Responsibilities will include: Full ownership of client and candidate contract process, including compliance, creation, delivery and return of candidate and client contracts Contractor timesheet checking & input Managing business statistics across reporting / invoicing / sales targets Management of external suppliers to the business (phones / IT / CRM / Wellness) Business Process Improvement/Management General office orders and distribution Document Management ownership Arrange new starter set up, Contracts, Inductions, Equipment ordering General administration duties Supporting Marketing department when required You will need: To be highly organised and methodicalExcellent attention to detail Previous experience within a similar roleTo be driven, intuitive and results driven To be a team player who is adaptable and supportive To be proactive in your approach To take pride in the work that you doA stable career historyConfident IT skills in MS OfficeThis is a great opportunity to join a company that values their staff where you are a person and not a number and where you can really get involved and make a difference.If this role is of interest to you and you have the necessary skills and experience please don't hesitate to APPLY.
