THE ROLE Our client is looking for a talented and driven administrator to join their well established and successful in-house recruitment team. Working in a fast paced and professional environment, you will play an integral part in the day to day operations of the team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES Build strong relationships with key stakeholders Be the initial main point of contact for all recruitment related queries Plan and manage regular LinkedIn comms (content to come from rec team) Under the direction of the Head of Recruitment and Recruitment Senior Manager, carry out a range of candidate focused administrative activities CRM Management Ensuring a positive candidate/stakeholder experience from application to offer Responsible for collating MI on all recruitment activity Design and implement new process' to ensure ongoing efficiencies within the recruitment team Support the work of the Recruitment Consultants in the provision of effective and professional administrative support Ensure all administrative elements of the permanent recruitment service are delivered to the highest standard Ensure the effective preparation and distribution of all documentation associated with the firm's permanent recruitment offering Produce and prepare all documentation necessary to deliver a highly effective service (job specs, articles, recruitment updates etc) Handle, respond to or delegate candidate enquiries Support the consultant team with diary management, enquiry handling, stakeholder and candidate liaisonPERSON SPECIFICATION Strong admin experience Excellent people skills Ability to think strategically Problem solver Able to think outside the box Exceptional organisational skills Process driven Ability to plan ahead Excellent communication Skills Experience of providing high quality administrative support in a relevant business environment Exceptional attention to detail and very good written English A proactive and solutions focused attitude Good IT skills with experience of working with Word, Outlook and Teams A flexible and adaptable style and attitude Strong team working abilities with a collaborative style and approachSALARY AND WORKING HOURS Permanent role 25 hours per week Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.15pm Salary: £22,000BENEFITS Bonus (discretionary) payable in July Promotions and pay increase are dealt with in April If you meet the relevant criteria you will automatically be enrolled into the Firm's Group Personal Pension scheme within 3 months of joining the Firm. If you don't meet the criteria you can still join the scheme. The Firm will contribute 4% if you contribute 4%. If you contribute 5% the firm will match this accordingly. The Firm's contribution is capped at 5%.
