A rapidly growing Estarte Agency company based in Canary Wharf have an exciting opportunity for a PA to join their motivated and friendly team.As the PA you will be responsible for providing primary support to the Management team as well as assisting them with the Sales and Lettings files. This role will involve full secretarial, administrative, book-keeping and dealing with the personal affairs for the management team. Office Management• Working with senior management to implement procedures and standards across the business, including guiding and supporting the team through company procedures and standards• pro-actively communicating with the management team to ensure priorities are understood and that diary reflects this• keeping minutes notes in meetings• Supplier liaison: managing supplier relationships, dealing with suppliers on the telephone or over email in a professional manner• Manage ordering supplies of stationery, kitchen and meeting refreshments as required• Manage maintenance of company compliance, insurances, HR, office equipment, photocopiers, faxes, scanner etc. as required• Expense claims• Ensuring all relevant documentations are provided in advance of meetings where applicable• Covering another staff member when sick or on holiday• Managing the director personal affairs when requiredPersonal Specifications• Qualifications and Experience Required• Proven experience of supporting at senior level• Previous experience of providing one-to-one and team support• Excellent verbal and written English• IT Skills: Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Word, proficient in Excel, Power Point, internet Savvy• Experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information with discretion• Super organized and flexible with ability to priorities a changing to do listAdditional skills and Key Attributes Required• Excellent personal presentation• Conscientious work ethic• Excellent organizational skills• Excellent attention to detail• Can-do attitude with plenty of common sense and initiative• Must be proactive, resourceful and diligent• Ability to manage conflicting priorities• Enthusiasm and commitment• Positive and upbeat• Articulate, good communicator• Detail oriented and accurate• Reliable with excellent time keeping• Flexible, reliable, and willing to take on more as the role grows• Team PlayerSalary up to £30,000 PAMonday - Friday 8:45am-6pm Disclaimer Due to the volume of applications we receive, if The CLR Group has not contacted you within a few days of your application then please assume you have not been unsuccessful on this occasion.Please note that by applying for this job vacancy you accept The CLR Group Privacy and GDPR Policy.
