Management of Fieldview and Implementation of ASITE Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Develop Contractors Quality Management Plans. Provide reports from Quality Assurance system within required deadlines. Implement amendments and changes to Quality Assurance system efficiently and effectively. Manage the set-up of internal and external users of the document control system, provide system training where required, and effectively deal with user queries and issues. Schedule site visits to provide detailed and consistent training to new sub-contractors and employees. Trend analysis reports to be provided. Forming a robust quality management procedure which support site teams to evidence record all stages of build. Conducting weekly quality assurance reviews. Communicate clearly with contractors and all BHOC employees. Admin support and Adhoc Support. Demonstrate a proactive, organised and forward thinking approach to support Project Teams to ensure all QA for up and coming plots is live. Assist with the implementation of Asite. Support site teams with trouble shooting; apple devices ipads/ iPhone Conducting spot checks of stock plots and completed plots.
