This will include processing most or all of the following categories of paperwork and inputting data ready for checking and onward transmission by the Hub Manager:o Performanceo Audit and Complianceo Finance (Stock taking/Prisoner monies, valuables/Receivables/Reconciling expenditure/Accruals/Outgoing pay/Inter-unit charges/Cashier)o Information Assuranceo Measuring the Quality of Prison Life (MQPL)o Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Prisons (HMIP) visitso Subject access requestso Official Correspondenceo Complaintso Risk Registero Independent Monitoring Board (IMB)o Action Planso Self-audit programmeo Procuring goodso Vehicle maintenanceo Personal Identity Number (PIN) Phone systemo Ordering of staff uniformo Bank signatoryo Fixed and local assetso Accounts Receivableo Inventoryo Women Royal Voluntary Serviceso Canteen administration including Quarterly Reviewo IT administration"HMPPS vettingTypical qualifications and experience: five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent), NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or suitable clerical experience. Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office.
