A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Executive to join our client - a nationwide Estate Agency board service Our client is seeking a personable and presentable individual who would like to develop a long-term career and join a friendly team This is an entry level position whereby you will be fully trained. Key duties will include: Call handling and directing to the correct department Assisting clients with queries Stock management for customers Liaising with internal and external departments Assisting with set up for trade shows Further adhoc duties may be requiredKnowledge of microsoft office - particularly Excel would be advantageous but is not essential. In return, our client is offering a basic salary of £18,525 to £21,000, dependent on experience, as well as 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays. The holiday entitlement goes up one day per year after two years, to a maximum of 25 days.
