Job title: Commercial Team Administrator Company: Construction Start Date: ASAP Salary: £35,000-£40,000 pa Location: Shoreditch, hybrid working Contract: Permanent Hours of work: 9.00am-17:30pm Culture: A sociable, tight knit and fast paced team, excellent team morale with a perfect location based right in the heard of shoreditch with a hybrid working opportunity of 2-3 days in the office per week What you will be getting up to daily: Review, check and confirm current and forecasting reporting Be the direct support for the Commercial and Finance Director ensuring both departments are working alongside one another smoothly Collate and present commercial reporting to Financial and Commercial Director for incorporation into management accounts and board reports Review, check and confirm subcontracts and supply chain orders, including insurances, warrantee and liquidity checks Analysis of project contribution and producing early warnings of changes to forecast Examination of historical data to look for improving and deteriorating trends Analysis of income both by company and project, identifying patterns, and writing strategic reports and recommendations Assistance with implementation of approved strategies Analysis of time and recommendations to re-proportion towards profitability and to feed into appraisals and training Cost value analysis and reporting for business expenditure, including recommendations to spend/ not spend. Analysis and tracking of business costs and budgets. Manage, store, audit and distribute drawing and documents to project teams Provide holiday or sickness cover or to assist other team members during busy times Prepare and / or edit documents, including formatting to ensure brand standards are met Data entry, management and upkeep of databases, spreadsheets, trackers and files Print / bind documents as and when required Sort and distribute post Archive (in accordance with GDPR policies) Schedule appointments and events Participate in office meetings and recording minutes and notes Who you are: strong quantitative, analytical and statistical skills Excel skills including V look ups and pivot tables Committed, flexible, team player with good communication skills Demonstrating the ability to be proactive and to possess strategic thinking skills A good eye for detail and a desire to take responsibility, through to resolution, for issues and concerns The ability to manage change Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office products especially Outlook and excel Excellent time management skills Excellent attention to detail Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to build rapport with key members of the senior team Ability to work on own initiativeNB: If this company and position appeals to you then please apply your CV on-line and please send your CV to (url removed) Advertised by Office Angels, Liverpool Street branch.
