Receptionist Inspire Resourcing are recruiting a receptionist to offer a warm welcome to visitors and undertake general administration duties. This is an ideal role for someone that has previous experience as a receptionist and wants to join a friendly team in a role where the admin function can grow and progress with you. Full time and job share considered. Duties to include: Meeting and greeting visitors Being the first port of call for incoming calls and transferring to the relevant person Taking messages accurately Fielding sales calls Liaising with customers via email Updating customer records on the system Other general administration duties as required To apply for this role you will need: Previous experience in a similar role Strong communication skills IT skills such as Outlook and Word To enjoy speaking to customers Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm Job share opportunity for 2.5 days a week
