Customer Order Processor (3252926635)
Customer Order Processor required for Ipswich based engineering company. The successful candidate will be ensuring that all customer orders and enquiries are managed promptly and efficiently and will be required to prepare quotations, purchase orders and pro-forma invoices. Other responsibilities will include supporting the logistics team with the daily shipping plan whilst validating shipping variance and damage claims. Applicants must have a strong administration background with previous logistics experience an advantage. Good numeracy and IT skills (including Excel and SAP) and attention to detail also required. Hours Monday to Thursday 8.15am-5pm/Friday 8.15am 4.45pm with every other Friday off. Salary £26k pension scheme, 30 days annual leave and onsite parking
