KEY ACCOUNT WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR - £25,000 - BASED WATTON - FULL TIME PERMANENT - HOURS MONDAY TO FRIDAY - 45 HOUR WEEK - START TIME CAN BE FLEXIBLE BETWEEN 6.30AM AND 8AM As part of the Warehouse Admin team, closely assisting and supporting the Key Account Office Manager, the role involves working in a fast moving environment where attention to detail and service levels are paramount. Reporting directly to: Key Account Office Manager Key Job Functions: Processing sales orders Investigating shortages and claims Processing of claims and associated credits via web portal Dispute resolution Web catalogue, product information and image updates Raising product safety certificates Stock investigations and reporting Customer communications Dealing with customer queries Adhoc analysis Skills and abilities: Fully computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft products A good understanding of Goods Received processes preferred but training is available Highly organised and hard working Ability to multi-task and work under pressure A high level of accuracy and attention to detail Effective communicator Ability to be discreet, diplomatic, reliable and trustworthy Tenacious with the ability to see a task through to completion Qualifications: Experience in a similar environment preferred Excel Intermediate If you have the experience, skillset and want to be part of a growing, established and reputable company than either send your CV or call Teresa
