The Helpdesk Operator will be responsible for general administration within a busy and expanding MHE fleet department. Job Description The Helpdesk Operator will be responsible for: Divisional Duties Logging defects with suppliers Uploading repair details and closing down jobs on inhouse system. Chasing suppliers for job updates Compliance - Service & LOLER booking/monitoring Weekly ODO inputting Ordering parts Help to manage mailbox. Keep up to date with news items and process updates as detailed on the ESL Intranet system. Working with internal and external departments to communicate relevant information Guaranteeing everything is maintained to a satisfactory standard required to support the smooth operation of our business. Update and maintain MyFleet as necessary. Shadowing members of the MHE Team, to learn and develop your existing skills. Assist in any projects as directed by the Fleet management team. Any other admin duties, in line with the pay grade. as deemed.
