Job Title: Administration Apprentice Location: Leeds Office Working Hours: 8:30 until 4.30pm OR 9:30 until 5.30pm Core Competencies Willingness to learn new skills Ability to priority & organise workload Passion for marketing across all platforms Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Good understanding of Microsoft office including Word, Excel and Outlook About Us We are a forward thinking and innovative business; we pride ourselves on being a real investor in people. Some of our previous team building activities have included a weeks festival, break to the lake district, cocktail making and charity walks. The Role Working within our Environmental division, you will provide administrative and secretarial support whilst learning on the job. As an apprentice, you will receive regular support within your day to day learning from your line manager alongside the apprenticeship provider. Duties will include but are not limited to: Answering the main phone line Handling and responding to general correspondence including via letter, telephone, email or professional and social media platforms Updating and maintaining CRM System Registering and screening new candidates Adding labour bookings to the system Chasing Timesheets Liaising with consultants to advise on credit limits Formatting documents Creating a variety of documents including excel spreadsheets, job advertisements, word documents and PowerPoint Presentations
