Building a sustainable tomorrow BAM Construct UK is recruiting a Junior Administration Assistant to be based in the North West Regional Metro Office, based in Salford. This position is initially for 18 months on a fixed term contract, however, this may be extended. This position is a permanent full time position, working 36.25 hours Monday-Friday. Your mission • Answer and redirect telephone calls via Microsoft Teams to the office and site based staff • Meet and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner • General typing, copying, scanning and filing • Book meeting rooms via Microsoft Outlook • Prepare meeting rooms and refreshments for visitors • Stationery and consumables checks • Update staff lists • Assist with any fundraising charity events within the office • Ensure tidiness of main office space, kitchen and print room • Provide support and assistance to the office administration team Who are we looking for? • Enthusiasm • Good communication • Good telephone manner • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Office) • Must be reliable and work well within a team environment • Have flexibility on start and finish times • Attention to detail What's in it for you?
