This position is equally suitable for someone looking to begin their career within office support or someone who has had previous experience within administration. If you are confident computer user and natural organiser, please read on Responsibilities will include: Provide support to the company's full after sales requirement Supporting the After Sales department by logging/inputting accurate repair information onto the system Always ensuring that all administration is performed in a meticulous and timely manner Using the company system to order parts for repairs and ensure they are matched correctly to the job ready for repair or placed on backorder Creating and receipting purchase orders for spare parts from our group warehouses in around the world Conducting regular stock checks, ongoing and when instructed by the Head of Aftersales Ensuring all pick notes for internal and external customers are picked accurately and without delay Maintaining the administration of the parts inventory Providing cover, when required, for all roles in the After Sales department What we are looking for: Good IT competency, especially Microsoft Excel Ability to pick up new systems quickly Solid administration skills Able to work under pressure and still maintain a high level of accuracy Able to manage high workloads with ability to organise and prioritise conflicting deadlines within a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Huntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
