New role is vacant for a great team player to join this well established and friendly company. Supporting team in providing key administrative support work. Researching and providing product information. Taking calls from customers and making calls where needed to product providers to gain additional information. You will need to have worked in a similar role for a financial services company, having supported IFAs / Paraplanners. You need to have used financial services platforms and CRM systems, e.g. Intelligent Office. Experience is required. Although office based there is the possibility for some remote working. The hours are 9am to 5.30pm.
