Looking to recruit a Gas Service, Install and Repair Engineer to join a leading property services company based around Leeds responsibilities: To comply with gas safety standards and company standards of work performance,ensuring implementation and compliance within gas policies and procedures. Utilise both electronic and paper- based systems to accurately record gas documentation including the use of labour and materials against each job. You will be expected to carry out servicing including the issuing of LGSR's, repairsand installations to the highest of standards. Liaise with tenants, clients and members of our supply chain Be flexible and willing to work overtime to cover workloads during busy periods. Cover out of hours on a rota basis. requirements: Preferred previous experience of working within the gas industry Mandatory Qualifications Current ACS accreditation in CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1. Full UK Driving Licence held for minimum of 12 months. Desirable qualifications: Level 3 gas NVQ or equivalent City and Guilds DAH1 Unvented Hot Water Asbestos Awareness Tetra Additional experience with domestic plumbing would be advantageous.
