Job Title: Senior Electrical Project Manager Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 basic salary Location: Greater London Company Description My client is a leading mechanical & electrical building services contractor, based in the heart of London. The business currently operates at an annual T/O circa £100 million & offers a complete M&E solution to several leading blue-chip contractors; while predominantly covering the commercial office, data centre, hospitality, education and residential markets. As a result of significant growth and successful bids, the business now has an opening for a Senior Electrical Project Manager. This position presents a fantastic career opportunity for a client facing, career driven and forward-thinking Electrical Project Manager; keen to further their career with a progressive business offering long term progression and stability. Key Responsibilities & Duties Lead the electrical preconstruction & procurement processes. Management of site personnel (including direct management, labour & third-party contractors). Ensuring projects are delivered in a timely/ efficient manner. Full commercial responsibility, while working in partnership with an allocated commercial member of staff. Attend regular design, progress and design team meetings. Continue to build/ maintain relationships with end users, clients & supply chain. Remuneration Package A market leading basic salary of up to £100,000 basic salary. Fully reimbursed travel expenses. Contributory pension scheme. Discretionary bonus. 25 days holiday.
