An excellent role for a Facilities Manager with a fast growing commercial real estate Operator in London. The Facilities Manager is responsible for all aspects of the hard and soft facilities services, and resolving any maintenance issues across all buildings in our portfolio. This includes managing the internal facilities team through their day-to-day duties and overseeing external contractors working on site. With strong planning & organisation skills the successful candidate will ensure that their various projects and responsibilities are delivered in a timely manner, whilst prioritizing tasks that are most important to the business. Overseeing 2 members of staff and 6-10 external contractors , ensuring the general upkeep of the buildings, we are looking for a candidate who can improve and grow the department, ideally somebody who has a black book of external contractors such as roofers glazers, etc Commercial or residential facilities management experience necessary. Salary £45,000pa-£50,000paLocated in Central LondonWorking hours 9-5.30 Monday to Friday
