Build effective alliances to ensure priorities are understood and can be delivered in an efficient and planned way, ensuring benefits can be tracked and risks monitored Govern the PFI Contract Support Officer review including the Payment Mechanism of Project Agreement. Lifecycle, Projects resolution and re mediation Lifecycle and variations or hard services Contract Management - ensure robust Governance and Compliance of the relevant PFI Project Agreement contract schedules Qualifications/Requirements Contract Management, Project Management or Building Services Engineering, facilities management or related subject PFI knowledge or hospital healthcare estates experience Technical knowledge Ensure the H&S monitoring regime is implemented Statutory report Resolving commercial issues Asset management and auditing of third-party providers Understanding of project life cycle planning and cost analysis techniques
