Here is what you'll be up to on a daily basis Assist in general tendering administrative duties. Help to maintain and develop procedures and systems to ensure the maintenance of manual and electronic filing systems. To maintain a consistent order input level in accordance with agreed order input budget. To assist in the generation of initial enquiries from potential clients. To liaise and discuss with the potential client in preparation of any enquiry documents and the assessment of various technical solutions to the enquiry. To approach potential clients after the presentation of tenders and enter whatever negotiations are necessary to secure acceptable orders, in conjunction with the Sales Manager. To advise, via the Company's standard procedures, all departments of orders received. To liaise with all interested departments on receipt of order and attend hand over meetings. To maintain a close working relationship with all other departments to establish a positive feedback on all contracts to ensure technical patterns are used for future reference. And some skills you will have At least 2 years relevant experience. Experience working as part of a team. Experience working and interfacing directly with customers. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office - MSWord, MSExcel, MSPowerPoint and MSOutlook.
