Landlord Works Programme Manager Haringey Up to 550.00 Daily Inside IR35 Contract My client is looking for a Programme Manager to lead the Landlord Works team, overseeing a programme of condition, compliance and improvement works across the oragnaisation’s built assets. To develop and deliver a programme of small projects and minor works aligned to the Council’s asset management plan to ensure that the estate meets legislative and health and safety compliance and delivers an estate that is fit-for-purpose for Council services. Responsibilities To put in place a strategy for monitoring and managing the condition, suitability and performance of building assets, identifying when capital works will be needed. To put in place appropriate project and programme management disciplines, aligned to RIBA, to ensure that minor works and projects are subject to robust and appropriate approval processes at each stage, and projects are properly managed, delivered and closed down. To work closely with the FM Service Manager and others to ensure a suitable scheme is in place/adhered to for Access to Work/Permit to Work for all contractors. To work closely with the Major Projects Delivery team to take a collaborative approach to ensuring the most appropriate use of resources to ensure delivery of works to meet client’s needs. To put in place a strategy for monitoring and managing the condition, suitability and performance of building assets, identifying when capital works will be needed. To apply for this position you will need an extensive portfolio of achievements in the field of capital project delivery over at least 10 years. Having membership of a relevant professional body (such as RICS, MCIOB, MBIFM). A deep understanding of legislative framework and good practice for construction health and safety and be educated to degree level.
