This role will provide leadership, advice and support to management and employees in developing, implementing and maintaining an effective culture focused in the areas of Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental (QEHS) Management which meet customer, regulatory, Siemens stakeholder, community and business needs. Lead the development of a positive QEHS culture throughout the company and place effective management of QEHS as a core competence and integral part of the business values and behaviours at all levels Support and embed the Zero Harm culture throughout the organisation, to improve safety Continued development of appropriate key business QEHS performance plans/targets/metrics so that business risks are appropriately managed, QEHS process performance is transparent and a positive QEHS culture is maintained. In co-operation with HQ, effectively manage the Company's ISO 9001 Quality Management systems, ISO 14001 Environmental Management system, OHSAS 45001 H&S Management system and their alignment to the key business risks and impacts to remain compliant with the standards and customer, business & regulatory needs. Form part of the project team to support the Project Manager delivering client quality and CDM documentation Governance of QEHS aspects across the supply chain - including all field service aspects and elements delivered via sub-contractors in all vertical and international markets served. Drive improvements in supplier quality through measurement of key metrics and non-conformance costs. Participate in best practice sharing and QEHS community programs & events to continually strive to improve QEHS performance and achieve best in class performance. Lead QEHS and manage the QEHS function within the negotiated budget. Use your skills to move the world forward. Leadership and Business Management Skills Health, Safety and Environmental Management (e.g. Behavioural Safety, RoSPA QSA, Safety by Auditor in ISO9001, 45001 & 14001 Management Systems People Management and Development Supply chain governance & Sub-Contractor Management skills. Construction/ Utilities/ Service Industry Experience Proven experience in leading QEHS and culture change programmes Practical experience of developing and improving QEHS Systems Practical experience in management and deployment of effective QEHS systems Hold a relevant qualification at degree (or equivalent) with 5 years' related work experience NEBOSH Diploma in Health & Safety Management CDM Experience Professional qualification in Environmental Management or have relevant industry experience We’ve got quite a lot to offer.
