Our clients Repairs team are in house contractor and are one of the largest contractors in the area and they aim to deliver a high-quality flexible service to their customers ensuring their homes remain fit for the future. They operate across the Lancashire region providing all day-to-day repairs and vacant properties repairs, gas servicing and out of hours service to their customers. It is essential that you are qualified to GSCE Level 4 (grade C) or above in Maths and English and that you are keen, enthusiastic and a team player with good communication skills. Through work experience, studying, training and development (both practical and vocational), you will complete a course of study and be working towards an Level 3 Apprenticeship in Plumbing & Domestic Heating (48 months apprenticeship). There is a requirement for you to college or on a day / block release basis. Excellent time keeping is an essential part of the role. and you must be able to travel to and from their office at Syke Side Drive, Altham Business Park, Altham, Accrington, BB5 5YE. They are on a bus route, if you don’t currently have your own transport, but please check that you can get to their office before applying. All their Apprentices are paid at the Real Living Wage salary. The base location for this role is Accrington and will involve dealing with Repairs across the wider Lancashire region.
