Overview: Futrli Advice is an experienced team of accounting-qualified Business Advisors. We have two divisions, one that works directly with accountants and one that has the simple aim of helping business owners to be more successful by providing affordable, actionable monthly advice. This role is in the SME team. You would be working collaboratively with the business owners to understand the ambitions of the company and deliver a tailored advisory service that fits both operationally and financially. Our service extends from supporting the day-to-day operation of a business through to the strategic level decisions made off the back of reliable, accurate business predictions. We use the very latest in technology to produce real-time metrics that are efficiently captured, processed, and interpreted. To support our expanding portfolio of small businesses, we are looking for an ambitious, client-focused part qualified CIMA/ACCCA accountant to join our friendly team. Initially, you will be supporting our qualified advisors with the projects they are running but working towards building your own portfolio. We work in a fast-paced technology-focused environment and our clients are exciting growth businesses. You will get a wealth of exposure and the opportunity to progress quickly. We don't deliver compliance services so this is a 100% advisory-based role. Requirements: At least 18 months experience gained in either practice or industry in at least 2 of the following areas:: Preparation of management accounts for comparison against budgets Budget preparation Prepare, analyse and report weekly, monthly, quarterly gross margin analysis. Cost review reporting Variance analysis reporting Xero and/or QBO The role would suit a candidate who is studying towards an accountancy qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) and has gained some exposure in the month-end reporting but wants to take ownership of the pack. You will also have advanced excel skills and be wanting to develop your knowledge of the reporting process further. This role can be fully remote. Our head office is based in Brighton.
