About the role We are a fast-growing Financial Planning and Wealth Management business based in Liverpool, looking for an experienced Client Administrator to help manage our growing client bank. You will work alongside Chartered Wealth Managers & Chartered Financial Planners, helping to look after a diverse portfolio of HNW families across the Northwest. Your qualifications Educated to degree level Obtained or working towards a relevant professional qualification i.e. CISI Investment Operations Certificate, Certificate in Paraplanning 2 years experience in a Financial Planning or IFA firm Key Responsibilities Liaising with clients, responding to client queries and arranging meetings if necessary Recording, updating and managing all client details in our internal systems Helping onboard new clients – KYC, risk questionnaires, AML checks, gather policy information, liaise with providers, submit application forms, keep clients updated etc Help prepare client review meetings – e.g. producing valuations, updating cash flow models and preparing other documents as required by the team General administration – scanning documents, updating spreadsheets, answering the telephone as required and any reasonable additional duties as required Helping to prepare Suitability Report packs for Paraplanners Placing trades and rebalancing portfolios Required skills Strong attention to detail and fast learner Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Good knowledge of Iress/Intelligent office software Knowledge of Cash Flow modelling software & FE Analytics Confident working with Wrap Platforms Knowledge of SIPPs, ISAs, GIAs and other financial products Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) Confident with technology Self-motivated, a self-starter and hardworking Adaptable and receptive to feedback Eagerness to get involved with other tasks where necessary A good team player Salary range Up to £27,000 depending on experience and qualifications Notice period - One month Probationary period - Three months Benefits Access to Annual bonus pool Employer pension contributions Death in Service Private Medical Insurance 25 days annual holiday plus Bank Holidays Christmas office closure Financial support for examinations plus time off
