Job Description: Job Title: Client & Process Excellence Lead Corporate Title: Vice President Location: Chester Role Description: Global Banking Operations (GBO) within EMEA has an exciting opportunity to join their Client & Process Excellence team (CAPE). Key responsibilities within this role include: • Project planning & scoping; identifying primary and secondary metrics • Defining and analysing opportunities • Developing associated action plans and benefit forecasts • Build, test and deploy activities including people/process requirements • Post deployment oversight and success metrics • Providing weekly governance updates and associated RAG status for the leadership team The Team: The Client & Process Excellence team, based in both Bromley and Chester, provides change management and process design expertise to the front-line units, partnering with them to analyse, implement, and update business functions by utilizing sound process improvement models and techniques. The team supports large scale transformation, operational excellence initiatives and just do it process improvements, all of which require them to manage design or redesign of processes or projects using industry approved methodologies.
