You can expect: Hybrid working arrangements with the opportunity to work in the office and remotely from home Competitive salary and non-contributory pension 30 days' holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase additional days Life Assurance and Private Healthcare for you and your family A range of flexible benefits including Retail Discounts, a Bike4Work scheme and Gym benefits The opportunity to support a wide ranging CSR programme 2 days' volunteering leave per year Your key responsibilities Managing the SeS client perimeter, liaising with Accountable client owners, managing change control requests, and ensuring timely compliance with policy requirements Ensuring that SeS meets internal/external KYC objectives and act as the point of escalation between the control functions, infrastructure partners and the SeS executive committee (ExCo) Establishing effective partnerships across the business area, KYC Operations and Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) to streamline and improve internal processes, tighten controls, and increase productivity Responsible for and supported by a team of 6 based in Mumbai and Berlin Owning and driving communication strategy to ensure all stakeholders are appraised of changes Providing operational risk management support and working with the Product Chief Operating Office (COO) and Divisional Controls Office to support SeS in critical risk control development and deployment.
