Basic salary up to £26,000 pa DOE up to £4,000 pa potential bonus (OTE £30,000 PA), 28 days holidays (including bank holidays) increasing to 33 after 1 year of service. The difference you can make as a Credit Controller will be how you interact with clients and branches via telephone and email to resolve queries to ensure that our invoices are paid within a timely manner. You will be chasing aged debt to resolution – where necessary escalating to management. You will be allocating cash and cheque payments and performing credit checks. Resolving queries form clients and branches. You will be able to focus and regular updates of aged debt to operational network. You will be proactive with communication and collaboration in the delivery and achievement of team objectives Monitoring of group email account. Performing administrative tasks on a weekly basis. You will have first class communication skills Working independently but also as part of a team. Providing concise updates to management of debt and proactively chasing clients for aged debt. Supporting team members to achieve a common goal. Communicating and proactively calling clients to chase for overdue invoices.
