A look into the role As a Business Support Assistant within our team, you will: Provide efficient and reliable administration support, from arranging meetings, travel, report production and raising invoices Liaises with facilities team regarding meeting set up and IS requirements Oversees stock control and ordering of stationary on site as necessary Assists with post room queries and processes incoming postal cheques on a daily basis Adheres to Firm's risk management policies and maintains the strictest adherence to client and employee confidentiality Acts with integrity and in line with our organisational values Knowing you’re right for us Joining us as a Business Support Assistant the minimum criteria you’ll need is IT Literacy, proficient in Microsoft word, PowerPoint and Excel. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.
