Your role As a senior consultant in our team, you will be a driving force in delivering successful projects for our clients. You will leverage your specialist knowledge to: Support project and resource planning. Deliver project workstreams with the support of our wider team; from framing specific objectives, conducting fieldwork and testing, facilitating working sessions to crafting client deliverables. Engage with client stakeholders at all levels throughout the lifecycle of our projects. Working – project dependent – with a wider team of specialists, or under your own direction, to meet project objectives. Contribute to the development of market facing materials, blogs and other content to share our insight with clients. Play a key role in delivering our quality review processes. You will likely bring a new dimension of skill or experience to our team (whether by topic or industry) and leverage that knowledge to enrich the team around you. The role can be worked on a full-time basis. Your professional experience A strong history of working in HSE roles, either as a consultant or 'in house' Relevant vocational qualifications (NEBOSH, IEMA, etc.) / equivalent Substantial exposure to HSE auditing and ideally formal management systems (such as ISO 45001 / 14001) Experience in delivering presentations to management teams and/or facilitating workshops and training sessions Highly competent oral and written communicator; able to articulate technical concepts through plain and concise language Desirable: Specific / deep expertise of HSE risk management within specific sectors or industries in addition to your generalist knowledge Experience of engaging with regulators and enforcement agencies Your service line: Risk Advisory In Risk Advisory, our thinking and actions give clients, our people and society the confidence to grow responsibly in a rapidly changing world.
