Responsibilities: Interact with the Banking, Sales and Trading and Asset Management teams to ensure the Firm’s Watch and Restricted listed are properly maintained Review Research publications to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations Chaperone communications between Research and Investment Banking to ensure compliance with the Research Settlement Provide advice and guidance to front office businesses in respect of permissible interaction with research analysts, pre-clearing permitted communications between them and chaperoning as necessary (Knowledge of the global research settlement) Provide advice and guidance to the business in respect of the firm's watch & restricted list policy, research restrictions during advisory mandates and other Control Room-owned policies Provide training to various business areas in the specific areas of Control Room expertise Qualifications: Relevant Control Room experience Ability to work as a member of a team in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to identify key issues and obtain appropriate information for further analysis Must be highly analytical with experience in collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing information on various subjects Ability to establish credibility and strong partnerships with senior business leaders, control functions, and corporate partners globally Teamwork skills: you must be flexible in work style and be able to work appropriately with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels Detail-oriented with ability to multitask, organize and prioritize Must possess excellent written and oral communications skills MBA or Bachelor’s degree with professional certification preferred J.P.
