The Team is a key support function not only as the start point for accurately processing Operatives’ payroll but also ensuring labour costs are recorded correctly for the client billing process. Job Title: Central Timesheet Team Manager Salary: Competitive Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week Location: Loanhead/Edinburgh Your primary responsibilities will include: Manage a team of 6 Administrators ensuring all timesheets are processed correctly in accordance with the Group Payroll timetable. Develop procedures to ensure processes are efficient and accurate. Prepare overtime reports from the CAFM system for distribution to and approval by managers. Respond to timesheet queries from Operatives, Commercial Administration Team and Group Payroll Team. Conduct timesheet and FSI-Go training for new Operatives. Actively contribute to the development of the CAFM system and implementation of the new ERP system. Key relations: Group Payroll Team. Technical Services Operations Team. Technical Services Finance Team. Finance / payroll experience. Advanced excel with experience of Concept and ERP systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
