This position is Hybrid - FTC, (or Permanent) with An immediate start if preferred. Person Requirements: • CIMA/ACCA/ACA part qualified• Experience working in similar roles• German speaker desirable• Confident communicator• Ability to work independently with efficiency and accuracy• Attention to detail• People management experience• Must be trustworthy and capable of working with confidential information relating to allaspects of the business• Reliable and keen to develop skills• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and company guidelines as set by Financial Controller• Computer skills involving Microsoft Word and intermediate Excel level (pivot tables, V lookups Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities • Ensure all month end procedures have been completed and signed off in preparation ofMonthly Management Account packs for the Board.• Partner, advise and assist Sales Directors globally with the performance and growth of theirbusiness (including budgeting / forecasting / targeting activities).• Preparation of Net Fee Income (NFI) reconciliations on a monthly basis, which may involveliaising with the Contracts Care team and Consultants to resolve any discrepancies.• Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts at a single entity and Group level.• Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations.• Assist with Annual Statutory Accounts.• Support during annual and ad hoc audit processes.• Support in preparation of annual budgets with FP&A team.• Produce relevant management information.• Produce departmental analysis profit and loss accounts (and analysis when needed)• Prepare ad hoc analyses and reports as required• Preparation and submission of monthly/quarterly VAT returns and EC saleslists• Maintain Ad Hoc spreadsheets• Working closely with senior management and Central Services Teams
