They are independent and seek always to provide the most appropriate solutions for their clients. With strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively and flexibly and the willingness to take personal responsibility, the successful candidate will support the compliance department’s objective of delivering a professional, positive, and efficient compliance programme with focus on good client outcomes. Duties will include but not be limited to: Comply within an FCA environment Keep up to date with all relevant product, legislative and technical changes. Ensure that the firm maintains accurate & detailed Ensure all contact with advisers or other colleagues is carried out in a professional and courteous way. Review suitability reports Communicate with advisers and paraplanners Provide support to new and existing advisers on the file checking procedures and record keeping requirements.
