With strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively and flexibly and the willingness to take personal responsibility, the successful candidate will support the compliance department’s objective of delivering a professional, positive, and efficient compliance programme with focus on good client outcomes. Duties will include but not be limited to: Comply within an FCA environment Keep up to date with all relevant product, legislative and technical changes. Ensure that the firm maintains accurate & detailed Ensure all contact with advisers or other colleagues is carried out in a professional and courteous way. Review suitability reports Communicate with advisers and paraplanners Provide support to new and existing advisers on the file checking procedures and record keeping requirements.
